Very confusing having to speak to so many different members of staff, different information given at different times. Some staff were were less friendly and caring than others and this is quite distressing when having to stay in hospital with an ill child. it is an added pressure that parent's do not need. On the whole most of the staff have been great especially Beth, zoe becky and laura.
