You go into a really clean and welcoming office / waiting area, the consultation/ treatment room was clean and bright also. All the reception staff were really helpful, professional and friendly.
My consultant, Dr Mark Reji was happy to answer all the questions I had during my initial consultation and explained what they were looking for during the initial ultrasound. The nurses at each appointment were equally friendly.
During the main treatment (EVLA and Foam sclerotherapy on both legs) I felt really at ease about what was going to be happening, and happily talked about films while the treatment was being carried out. I also felt well informed about what I needed to do in terms of aftercare and that the patient call centre was at hand if I had any other questions that came to me after leaving the appointment.
At the follow up appointment I received the same excellent treatment. Again, I felt involved in the ultrasound to confirm the EVLA had worked and when the final round of foam sclerotherapy was taking place, time was taken to make sure any areas of concern were treated.
All appointments were efficient but didn’t seem rushed, the centre itself is easy to find and get to from Leeds centre. Overall I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

Firstly I am not one to post reviews and I do not have social media - so do take this review as 100% accurate and truthful.
Disappointed with my results. I placed trust in an established company to boost my confidence with micro sclerotherapy treatment on my inside legs. 3 sessions and 12 months later with an expense of over £1000, I am no closer to seeing ANY improvements what so ever. In fact, my condition has worsened if anything. On the third visit I was also made aware that there are several strengths and it was only on this occasion that I was given a stronger solution - Feels like a ploy to ensure you come back and spend more money. Yes I understand it takes 3-6 weeks to see results, plenty of exercise etc .. but I have been let down by this company. Many years ago I invested with The Private Clinic and will return there. I just hope you read this before making the same mistakes I have. Plus side (if there are any), that the staff are very friendly and informative, even though on my last appointment they asked me to come back in 10 minutes due to 'cleaning' but it was clear they where having lunch. Like you've a perfectly nice waiting area? Also why can't we post results on the actual veincentre website? Strange all there reviews are 5 star?
I hope you have a better experience then me.

Dr Regi and his team were great. Very relaxed atmosphere, and kept informed of everything throughout the procedure. Very friendly staff. The results are fantastic, no pain anymore and my leg looks so much better.
