Staff were very helpful and listened to my concerns.
They were patient and were willing to abort the procedure at any point without any pressure.

It is very quiet relaxing area while waiting.
Your not waiting to long to be seen.
Staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease.
Think the waiting area needs to be refurbished but that is the only thing I can say that needs to be improved.
