Find this A+E department very poorly organised, mis-communication between staff. I have been in agony for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a triage nurse, and others longer, who look in more pain than myself. Very bad - poor care.

I have received excellent care from all the staff on ward 16. All the nurses and domestic staff are very friendly and put you at ease. You do not feel as though you are troubling them if you ring the buzzer. Physio staff are also excellent and very attentive.

Most of the staff were very welcoming
The only fault was how long it took for them to give me my usual medication it took 3 days!
