Socializing with other patients. There could be less noise of the banging dustbin lids from staff during the night.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff guided me through procedures in an easy to understand way whilst displaying a very professional attitude. Good explanation of different elements including transfer between different departments.
Overall a much less stressful event than I had anticipated. Well done!!!
