Could improve on person whom is used to taking own meds been able to take them without doctors consent at regular time.

The care my mother has been given has been excellent all the nurses and staff are very kind and very helpful.
The improvements would be the car park for the amount of patients using it then is not enough car parking spaces overall the care has been great.

My mother was greeted warmly, Sharon introduced herself, the procedure was explained, lots of reassurance given, she was happy for me to leave her while procedure completed. When I returned 4 hours later she was bright and said she had been looked after very well. Sharon was able to explain and answer all my questions re follow up by Dr Keenan. Thank you.

The staff in the chemo unit are fantastic. They are very caring and friendly whilst remaining professional.

Excellent in everything - a very warm welcome and complete reassurance as everything in detail explained thoroughly and attention at all times. Sharon and Lorainne work very well as a team and give each patient exactly the same love, care and consideration. Plenty of drinks. Food offered to all. Nothing is a problem to them. Thank you to them.
