On my visit to medical physio for an investigative procedure, I was looked after by senior nurse Karen Pinder and clinical scientist Adrian. They were both completely professional and efficient throughout the procedure which could have proved uncomfortable but they showed great empathy and provided a calming and confident environment. My overall experience was excellent with first class care. Thank you.
