I hadn't very good experience when I attended the dental hospital after waiting a very long time to get appointment and being in severe pain got a copy of a letter sent to me that I attended on a cancelled appointment why didn't the hospital send me a text to my phone explaining the consultant that was as pose to see me that day was ill I had to pay for a taxi to get to that hospital which cost me twenty pounds and also I was in severe pain money doesn't grow on trees I'm only getting social security benefit they had right to inform me before I went to the hospital my appointment was cancelled
