From the first telephone conversation. Understanding, help and support for my mother and myself as a carer was tremendous. Dedicated, professional staff. Love and care for patient is outstanding. All the dignity that person required (and more) is given. Family feels so so supported. Couldn't fault it. Exemplary! Should be training ground for NHS.

Geraldine and Donna are professional, helpful and very pleasant. The treatment is fantastic and very caring and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to both my friends and family.

I love my treatments each week. Its my hour of relaxation a week. Time for me.
Donna does my treatments, she is very good. She tries to make sure I am comfortable at all times and that I am OK and have a lot of pain, which Donna is aware of. She therefore accommodated this and makes my treatments as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.
