Feedback received via Bereavement support telephone call.
Pauline and her sister Barbara were extremely grateful for out support as it allowed Dorothy's wish to die at home.
She said the service is fantastic and much needed.

Patient (daughter) states that she can't believe what a wonderful service we provide and wishes they had known about it far earlier. She also stated she feels much more confident that they will cope, knowing that we are at the end of the phone. Happy to receive nightly support calls.

Everything about the care I received was good, and still ongoing. The staff I have been involved with are extremely caring and professional. I can't think of anything that could improve the service.
