Understanding and patience with the condition of illness. I don't think the care can be improved I believe the care is very professional and 100% caring and helpful to any condition you may have.

My dad's nurse Morag was very good to him and helped him with any questions.
She also helped me and my sister.
As my dad chose to stay at home it was very confusing who we should talk to about different things. Maybe one contact for all would be better.

The care in every aspect of this hospice is 5*.
The environment is unhurried and deeply caring, without being overly medical. Very homely.
Communication sensitive and sincere and clear.

The care my husband get is extremely good, very caring, so professional, treats him with respect and he keeps his dignity at all times.
They fulfill all his needs and I feel comfort by this at this difficult time when I'm not here, carry on the wonderful work.
