The care was exemplary in all areas. I was treated kindly as an individual in an unhurried manner. My daughters faces began to relax during my short stay which then enabled me to feel calm. Bless you.

Feeling part of the decision-making process helped with my anxiety issues. All the staff I've met so far have made me feel comfortable and relaxed. A very welcoming atmosphere. I can't think of anything I'd change.

1. The attitude of staff and volunteer who made personal contacts immediately - knew names remembered likes and dislikes. 2. Relief from everyday chores of living alone. 3. Being able to discuss minor problems without a visit to a doctor. I can't think of any need for improvement.
