The care proved very good indeed with simple information delivered personally in a very encouraging and friendly way, this was backed up in written form which serves as a good reminder.
However, the advice given by Lynn on many aspects was most appreciated especially on the complementary therapy available to my wife who is grateful for the support.

You explained things to us in a way we had not thought of and gave us a more positive and different perspective.
The care on offer which we have not used yet is wonderful and the contact you have we us is re-assuring and to know that you are there for us all through this process is beyond words.
