The patient be treated by every member of the people who treated me with such kindness, dignity and respect was beyond the care given and respect was beyond belief. Full of terror and anxiety the care given helped so much to gradually overcome such feeling. Communication with me was natural. They came in to you as a stranger and in minute you were friends. Everyday has been getting easier with such help. Thank you so much.

My mum was made to feel welcome by all of our team and we as a family had full support from your caring and wonderful team.
We could not have asked for better care for our dear mum.
It made her end of life easier for us to accept.
There was nothing you could have improved, the team were amazing.
