I can't thank Marie Bonus enough. She arranged help for me and my husband who has MND. I'd asked different people to arrange help and they all agreed I needed it but nothing was done. Marie visited me at home and was so supportive and kind, she arranged carers straight away and gave me lots of helpful advice and contact numbers. She goes the extra mile to help and we are very grateful. Thank you Doreen and Bill Allan.

Changes in hosiery design thoroughly explained.
Escorted to and from treatment room.
Treatment adapted to cater for my mobility issues.
Friendly staff.
No improvements I can think of.

I found my nurse Tracy brilliant. She put me at ease from the beginning very helpful and caring.She took time with me to explain everything and reassured me that she was always at the end of the phone if I needed her. I strongly recommend this wonderful service to anyone that needs to use it.
