Caring thoughtful staff and volunteers. Nothing is too much trouble to them. Perhaps if we had our name tags it would help to get to know people soon, and be able to address people correctly not "hey you."

Trinity is a wonderful reassuring hospice for both patients and family. The staff their treatment, kindness and professionalism is beyond belief. Equally so are the surroundings.
