Care manager said she could not fault the hospice at home team on anything, they were easy to get hold of very prompt.
So kind and caring and supportive.

Ringing me weekly to see how I am doing demonstrating genuine care and following up my concerns and needs. I also get regular visits by qualified nurses are a great help with my medication. This is a great service and nothing needs to be changed. I would like more information. The progress of my tumor if they are able to give it I occasionally pass blood with my faeces and don't know why or what it means.

Every time we have a visit from the friendly nurses.
I have always found them very respectful, kind, helpful and understanding.

All the staff are friendly and get involved with everything and are like one big family to me. I love coming here. I don't really know how Brian House could be improved.
