Emma had a 2 night respite stay at Brian house last week she really enjoyed herself and the staff took great care of her as usual. Her stay gave mum the chance to visit Alton towards and have fun there.

Each and every staff member-whether it was to care for our dad or offer a cup of tea, have exceptional, kind and incredibly compassionate. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and treated as dad with dignity respect and such compassion. The facilities at trinity are excellent and the cleanliness, food and rooms are exceptional we would like to offer our sincere thanks to the entire team who have made a really difficult time a little easier.

Feed stayed at Brian house overnight last week. The staff bathed him and he enjoyed his stay there. Dad was grateful for the break this gave him and he was able to catch up with housework and have a rest whilst front was cared for by Brian house staff.

Came out every night to my husband. As he required more meds in his syringe driver.
Suggested improvements
The initial contact meeting was very fast and too much information given to take it all in. maybe a slower pace.
