Staff very good.
Suggested improvements
As patient is still receiving treatment and is not houseband and they feel as though an appropriate time during the day could be told to them to expect visit so that patient is not waiting in all day.

She explained to us in a very pleasant and professional manner but felt the only help offer us pain relief medication.

I still feel in the dark as to what help we can for Elsie. She has received a hospital bed 2 days after her visit.
