I felt that they helped all they could but it’s not always possible to solve every bodies problem especially with it being about our mental heath!

Meeting Lynsey and getting so much from this home visit was so completely different from what I was expecting/dreading. I felt like a friend had called in to help and support me on a bad day. Even the dog adored her.
I was offered so much that I didn't even know was available and realise that Trinity Hospice is about so much more than just end of life treatment.
It was lovely to sit and talk but I know Lynsey was finding out about me and my condition and what help I might need. She left with a list of things she was going to do/sort out for me.
I felt far more positive about managing my anxiety and worry about breathlessness.
I am so grateful to have been referred to this wonderful service and plan to make full use of everything I am offered. This will also help my husband who is doing so much to care for me.

I honestly don't think there is anything that could improve on what I was given today.
