I visited the Lymphoedema Clinic yesterday for the first time, after trying to cope with Lymphoedema for a very long time. I was looked after by an amazing nurse named Adele. I was feeling a bit anxious when I arrived, but was immediately put completely at ease. Adele was so kind and caring. She was also very efficient and knowledgeable and gave me heaps of reassurance and lots of information about my care and treatment. I asked literally millions of questions and Adele took the trouble to answer in detail and offered so much information about how I can help myself on a daily basis - I really felt as if I could ask absolutely anything and wasn't made to feel silly. I came way feeling confident, very positive and completely reassured. Adele - Thank you so much for the time you took with me. I honestly don't think there's anything you could possibly do to improve the service provided by your clinic. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Clinic if I heard of anyone else experiencing similar symptoms. Kind regards, Mary Manning
