Im not sure what the staf was its difficult to see in the phone. But Lina and Pieter were great. What was unsettling was the amount of other staff who sat in sometimes without introductions or explanation of why.

Could have checked the addresses so i didnt end up with someone a couple of houses down on my street

Communication that I had arrived was not given to crisis team clinicians. So I was left waiting- I was anxious and wanted to leave.
