The staff and everything is great. Can’t believe this place is so clean. The matron is on top of everything. However, at nights I want my cigarette and because I am in hospital I can’t have this. So I am on nrt replacement. But when I ask for this I don’t get it. My husband and I spoke with the matron about this. She said she will discuss it with the nurses. And I should get it from now on, if the nurses refused to give this to me, they must record why in my notes, and tell me why. I am not crazy, my head feels like scrambled eggs sometimes, mainly at nights
