The majority of the staff are very helpful and empathetic. We are lucky to have this hospital and we appreciate it.

While the majority of staff are more than helpful, there is a minority of staff who lack empathy and can often make you feel ignored and are quite unapproachable, this can heighten frustration and anxiety in us, as patients - communication really needs to be improved.
