For Amber Ward: It is very helpful that we can use the ward's phone to contact her and keep in touch daily if needed. I would like the instructions about leave for my wife to be a bit clearer because we got a bit confused. Another comment, it is not as easy to gain access in the weekend and if the weather is bad, there is no cover to wait.
