I am so disappointed in the treatment and service of this facility that I would hopefully like to be well enough to not have to return again. I don't receive prompt emergency 1:1 services because alarms indicate that other patients are more in need of help, other than myself which makes me feel worthless and forgotten. This service has given me low self esteem and created very severe depression I did not have coming into this facility. My doctor can hear what I am saying but does not follow my true beliefs; she goes against them by medicating and facilitating treatment plans that have not been fully discussed, nor can be changed until I see her or another consultant doctor that doesn't deem me a 'priority' to them. I have also come here to cure my PTSD of hospitals and my symptoms have worsened since being here as well as being allergic to medication that has caused both more physical and mental health related issues. The other staff are either ignorant or rude when I am in need of their compassion/intellect and those that can make medical decisions are being over stretched and I cannot seem to win this losing battle despite my physical observations being some what alarming. I do believe however that the staff are being failed by the system in place and their hands are tied just as much as ours but there needs to be more help available for the issues I personally am suffering with and would like support with. Many thanks, Danielle Harding 10/04/92
