Heide and Dawn are great and made me feel safe and welcoming. They both spoke clearly and I understood what they were talking about. They are brilliant at their job and recovery college are lucky to have them. I life it that they really want to help us students and are passionate in what they do. The only thing I think should be changed is the word patient to student or service user.
