It was a one to one assessment where I felt a lot more comfortable talking about my issues/problems. The man was very calming Steve and spoke very well helping me to express myself in a bit more detail than I had done in my previous assessment covered most things and have ongoing assessment help which makes me feel good is I now have someone willing to make me better!
