My daughter was well cared for during a six month stay in Ruby Ward. Having arrived in an acute state she was assessed , monitored and presribed for by Dr Langford and by the staff with care and kindness, humour and warmth and her mental state has improved and changed immeasurably . We,as her family were always welcomed with respect and friendliness. Staff were interested in our daughter's past achievements , the music she loves and the recordings she made in her working life. Thank you, thankyou Ruby Ward and the NHS. J Robinson
