I am without doubt a very lucky man to have been fortunate enough to have found safety, solace and a big warm welcome when I entered Amber Ward. I turned up on their doorstep unannounced in a very bad way with some very complex issues and mental health problems, I felt straight away welcomed and was very well put at ease. I want, need, must relay my sincerest gratitude and thanks to the whole family/team, their kind attention to me was more than I could have ever hoped for, at this point I would like to say a huge thank you in particular to Indra, my first contact, she calmed me down, listened and put me calmly at ease, not I might add an easy thing to do, in a big way helping me through the early stages of my stay in Amber Ward, I will, forever, be in your debt. To close I don’t really know what more to say, other than again thank you, your wonderful, and keep up the fantastic work. With love and warmest regards, Robert Newell.

Suggested improvements
There's always an improvement somewhere, but for the life of me I can't think of anything, just keep doing what your doing, well done.
