I attended the Runnymede twice to have operations to treat carpal tunnel syndrome on both my hands. On both occasions the staff were very welcoming and friendly and put me at my ease. They called me a few days before to make sure I was prepared for the visit and didn't have any worries about the operation.
I would thoroughly recommend the hospital.
