I was kept fully informed at each stage of the scanning procedure and all the staff involved Colleen, Penny and Joe were extremely polite and professional and I can't imagine how the service could be improved.

Was told to be here 7:30 AM nor food after midnight did not have procedure till 5 PM started to feel faint and had headache through lack of food and drink, however nurses care excellent could not do enough for me.

Everybody was very caring and helpful and they had all the support they needed if I wanted it. Girls in radiotherapy were extra special and nice and made the whole process much more bearable.

From the very beginning of my radiotherapy to the end 37 treatments the positive of the {} unit staff have been first-class. If you had a problem they solve it. The treatment is first-class and I believe it would be rather difficult to improve the treatment. The backup info by care worker Louise is also first rate, Louise really listens and helps you remain positive throughout the treatment process many thanks to all of the staff simply brilliant.
