I got really great care today thank you. I was fitted in as an extra patient by the CT staff on the outpatients and had been unable to insert a cannula in my arm having had four attempts I have difficult veins. Annatook one look at my arm and soaked it in water as that was the answer - she was correct! The cannula went in on the first attempt thank you Anna for your competence expertise and good humour.

I have had a very positive experience. Appointment times have been kept to and staff were very friendly and professional and we questions have been answered and I have been given plenty of time to discuss any concerns.
