Very positive. Royal Marsden response to my referral was very quick personal and helpful. I was told how I could bring back any questions at my appointment, I was seen speedily and dealt with by a very friendly member of staff who explained the procedure clearly a very good experience all round.

All staff extremely kind and friendly with caring too. My only negative is that they did feel very cold other than that the service I received throughout today was faultless.
