Eliana was caring, professional kept me well informed and I had a very pleasant day - having a blood transfusion - thank you Eliana and other colleagues who helped a little and Sarah and Jane who managed to get the cannula in a reluctant arm.

Waited for five and half hours chemo to be made up in pharmacy. Nursing staff bloods are excellent and I the seen quickly, did not one to wait long to see Dr and was told chemo would be ready for 1:30 PM but not ready until 4:35 PM due to short staff in pharmacy.

The best thing about the NHS is its people. The nurses and staff every single person tries impressed to make you feel comfortable. It's just so heartwarming to see so many people committed to their job and above all of so much empathy.
