Care, attention to detail, cleanliness of area are all excellent, sometimes communication between departments slow and nurses have to spend a lot of time on clerical work - could they not have label printers rather than filing in hundreds of labels by hand?
The delays in the blood room and bloods for {} patients incredibly long, nowhere to set for many patients and this new system needs to be reviewed urgently as it is not working.

I was given very clean information on the results of my past treatments and the plan from my future treatment options was presented. They were plenty of times where I was encouraged to ask questions.
The amazing nurses and doctors and know when we were in good hands.
Waits for bloods was far too long and not enough seating also, needs more phlebotomists on duty at premium times to then avoid delays to clinic appointments it's very tiring and makes you feel anxious.
