Everyone was friendly and smiley. It's a good experience
Arrived at 10:30 AM but medication was not started until around 5:00 PM. Appreciate that tests need to be carried out but feel this is way too long. Previous issues include mess up with appointments, chemo medication being out of date twice and sometimes on MDU and sometimes on ward. Both units say in the other unit is responsible.
I am filling out this form today because of my multiple frustrations with the doctors and how they dispense information. I have been battling cancer for a year now, have asked multiple questions and have never been given the street, understandable and it took a former patient to explain to me about radiotherapy and how the process works for me to understand why it is not a workable option for me. I am never encouraged when seeing the doctors because I feel I am not listen to.

I have been a patient of the Royal Marsden both Sutton and Chelsea 25 years having many treatments I have found all the staff I have been in contact with all extremely tight and I know I am very lucky to have been treated at your hospitals, now retired Prof {} and his team were brilliant.

Care and treatment were excellent at all times and everyone was very kind, caring and efficient. Radiotherapy staff excellent
Staff have been wonderful and Macmillan helpline has been very helpful and reassuring.
