Having been attending the Royal Marsden Hospital since may with my mother and found the service excellent unfortunately since they got rid of two fantastic agency workers, one being Mark who was exceptional in the bloods department has been overworked leaving on to nurses in there on their own. After waiting to a half hours after our appointment time we was seen and this situation is extremely unfair on the nurses working hard in this department more help needed.
