All staff were brilliant.
No staff member could be wrong.
Food was extremely good.
Hygiene was perfect.
I could not find anything wrong and would come back tomorrow.

Cant think of improvement at present time.
All staff are excellent even when under pressure and underpaid.
Always busy but coping well at present time.
95% excellent all in all.
Always a smile on their face.

Positive
The staff on Kennaway have looked after me. All have been very professional, helpful, knowledgeable. They could'nt do enough to make my stay comfortable. So greateful I was hear for my treatment.
Negative
Pharmacy advised I am leaving to go home today at 10am I am still here waiting for my medicine at 4pm.
