Everyone is positive & informative.
Always smiling, gentle, absolutely fantastic.
Sometimes have to wait a long time in Outpatients Dept. to see Dr, but always apologetic & worth the wait.

Called Sharon Harding.
Within one hour approx she had L/W Kingstone surgeon & recommended coming in to CAU. Seen straight away by excellent radiologist for xray, then Natalie SHO and Laurie (S/N). Sharon also saw mum. Had obs, xray results & bloods very quickly. Outstanding support, communication and care received. we understand CAV is only a pilot. It seems to us an essential service that should be permanent as a GP could not resolve issue and only alternative was A&E which would have been traumatic, noisy & chaotic! Thank you so much for your service today. We could'nt have asked for more.
