The care/service was excellent. The hospital clearly puts the patient at the centre of the work. At every point the staff explained to me what is happening.

I came in very ill and I informed the nurse and action was taken immediately and all tests done very quickly and professionally.
I was made very comfortable and was given food and drink as well.
I give thanks to eveyone who took their time to help me through this critical process.

Excellent care from all staff. Kept fully informed at all times. Good overall liaison between William Rous, Sutton & Chelsea Royal Marsden although slight hiccup over imparting information from William Rous to Chelsea.
