Day of admission - Admission process took far to long until treatment could be started. I was told to arrive before 12.00pm, but had to wait til late evening for my treatment and drug chart to be arranged and started.
Day of discharge - Process of discharge took far to long. I was told at about 12.00pm I am ready to go soon, but was waiting until late afternoon for discharge to be completed. Not good!!

I can't praise the quality and standard of care highly enough.
Cleaning staff, catering staff, doctors, and of course the fabulous nursing staff were all far above & beyond my expectations - their upbeat, happy and professional approach to patients (even when shattered at the end of shift) was inspirational. I cannot thank you all enough.
