The staff at Radiotherapy were all very kind and considerate. The appointments were all on time.
I fould getting my bladder half full a bit of a trial. Often it was overfull and very uncomfortable. Occasionally I was dehydrated and not full enough. Maybe people need more help with this.
We arrive every two weeks to have blood taken from a PICC line. We wait half to three quarters of an hour for a nurse to be available, despite the fact that we are the only "orange" form in the box (ie the next PICC line to be done) and a PICC line flush & bloods should only take 20 mins.
I do not understand why seriously unwell patients should have to wait so long for something which MDU (medical day unit) do without us waiting. We usually end up being late for the doctor because the bloods are not ready.
Everything about the service provided is positive. Personally I don't think it could be improved. My treatment and care has been excellent from all the staff. Doctors, nurses have kept me informed all through my 21 days here of what my treatment was planned to do. It has worked out exactly as planned and I am greatful for all the care and attention. Thank you all.
Friendly, relaxed, attentive treatment.
Pleasant environment. Prompt attention, {} always {} an schedule.
Really lovely care from my nurse Danielle.
Quick experience, good times for being seen.
I am impressed with the professionalism of the radiographers and the mannerism of the whole lot. God bless them.
I experienced lateness twice and is was really uncomfortable to hold water for a long period.
More efforts should be made to keep to time, just a suggestion and not a complaint. Thanks
Everything explained clearly. No long waiting times.
Refreshments much appreciated.
