Even though I arrived early - I still waited 45 minutes - now an hour.

Had to wait for {} my appointment time, for a blood test which meant that my doctor didn't have the results & therefore could'nt review them before he santioned my treatment, this is the 3rd time this has happened.

So friendly and accommodating and informative.

All the staff were so lovely you could not be in better hands.
They have always greeted me with a lovely smile and caring attitude. They are in my eyes loving angels.
