The wait queue for blood samples sometimes takes over an hour! far to long.
It would also be better to see the same consultants every visit.
I found all staff very helpful and friendly getting about was easy.
I am very pleased so far my experience at RM at Sutton has been good. The staff are all very friendly, good communicators, very helpful & empathetic.
The only reason I had to wait a little too long was because there was a hugh demand on beds. I was taken into hospital immediately a bed became available, with many appologies for the delay.
I have nothing butg praise for the staff at RMH. They work brilliantly as a team, always smiling to keep the patients spirits up and always very professional in their approach - polite, considerate and very caring in the way they meet our phyical needs.
Departments work closely together and porters are arranged if a patient needs to visit or be transferred elsewhere.

having never really been an inpatient before, I was admitted on the date arranged and was very well taken care from the on set.
I honestly believe that the care and attention I have received, with constant updates on my progress helped me enourmously during my stay and my speedy recovery from this section of my journey.
