I saw Margaret caring for who is a lovely nurse. She was very patient in waiting to find me as the receptionist sent me to see the doctor before my pre assesment. We had a good laugh over this. She was great-very professional and thorough. I was put at ease and able to talk through issues.
Had a long wait at the pharmacy.
