I had my visit booked with the consultant at 10.00 followed by 12.00 pre assesment unfortunatly when i arrived there was nobody to see me so my appointment cancelled. I had to come back on monday as my surgery is this week, badly organised and stressfull for patient. Very happy with pre assesment on the monday.
