Dissapointed that MRSA swabs had not been labelled properly and therefore disgarded and had to be repeated adding to a very stressful patient and potential delay in treatment if required and worse case a delay in surgery possible!
Alot of repeatition of questions verbally when form already filled out.

I have had an excellent experience. Louise looked after me and was superb, kind, considerate and nothing to much trouble. All doctors and anethetist were very professional and chatty which helps calm patients down.
