Attentive staff and polite and respectful at all times from all staff and helpers. Thank you. Aqual room. Side tables a little old stained,, uninviting for placing food/drink on. Similar tables with a different surface would be more practical and longer lasting.

The staff are all outstanding. Nurses, doctors, catering staff, reception etc. Everyone is so caring and empathetic and it really helps the whole process. The facilities areas excellent especially school/playrooms etc for the kids. Only difficulty was on the ward. It can be difficult to sleep for the children due to noise and patients/visitors during day and at night.
