Unfortunately there was a 3 hour delay in receiving the injected solution (due to the suppliers). Communication was not good on what was happening.

The ward is very well organised.
But yet again the pharmacy holds everything up.
Chemo make up has taken over 4 hours to add to a 4 am start.
